I'm a Christ follower who speaks fluent sarcasm but has a big heart and a pretty deep mind as well. I have lived a life like most peoples. It's had it's ups and downs - but life has been especially uncommon as I've been widowed twice. The first time I became a widow I was 40 and had been married for just shy of 20 years and had two kids living at home. The second time I was widowed I was 49, had been married for 6 years and had no children living at home. Greg died suddenly and unexpectedly and Don died from complications due to ALS. Understanding grief from both extremes has afforded me a unique perspective that I hope to use to help others navigate their grief journey.
